RALEIGH, NC, August 12, 2021 – EnlivenHealth™, a division of Omnicell, Inc. that builds industry-leading patient engagement technology solutions for retail pharmacies and health plans, today announced the promotion of Kimberly Howland to Vice President of Product and Engineering, and the hiring of Jay Brookes as Vice President of Health Plan Sales. Howland and Brookes play key roles in advancing EnlivenHealth’s mission to build and commercialize technology solutions that enable retail pharmacies and health plans to drive better health outcomes as well as stronger business results.
In her new role, Howland leads the product and engineering organizations for EnlivenHealth™. She works closely with customers and partners to develop the roadmap for current and future products and leads EnlivenHealth’s engineering teams to build the innovative new digital solutions designed to deliver consistently strong value for customers.
Prior to joining EnlivenHealth™ in May 2020, Howland served as Chief Product Officer at Diameter Health, where she developed software solutions to solve healthcare data interoperability challenges. She previously worked with Omnicell as Vice President for Product Development, leading in-line and new product development for automation and analytics product lines. Earlier in her career, Howland opened and led the San Francisco office of Health Advances, a healthcare management consultancy. She holds a BS in Biology from Bates College, a Masters in Medical Sciences from Harvard Medical School, and a PhD in Immunology from Harvard University.
As Vice President of Health Plan Sales, Brookes leads EnlivenHealth’s efforts to drive growth opportunities with health plans and other payers. With more than 25 years of experience serving in various healthcare and technology industry leadership roles, he brings deep expertise building sales teams and models to increase market share and revenue growth. Brookes spent over 17 years with two national health plans and eight years in healthcare technology sales. He has a BS in Healthcare Administration and an MBA in Executive Management from Century University.
