Read MoreErwin is our senior sales executive who leads EnlivenHealth™’s Customer Engagement team. That team provides value-based support for existing partners, while developing new customers as well. Erwin believes that mutually successful customer relationships require passion and dedication to maintain and grow, and that listening to partners is the key. Erwin has been with Omnicell for the past 14 years, working in numerous roles. Prior to moving to EnlivenHealth™, he served as a sales consultant for several Omnicell divisions, successfully executing new product introductions and market development. Erwin is an alumnus of the University of San Carlos College of Civil Engineering. During his free time, Erwin enjoys traveling with his family and experiencing different cultures. He currently resides in The Woodlands, Texas, which is approximately a 17-hour plane ride from his hometown of Cebu City in the Philippines.
John leads the Business Development, Intelligence, Consulting and Performance organizations at EnlivenHealth™. In this role he facilitates collaboration across EnlivenHealth™ functions to drive external growth opportunities, enable data-driven decisions and ensure customers operate at the highest level. Prior to joining EnlivenHealth™, John held leadership roles across Omnicell product, marketing, strategy, and business development functions. He joined Omnicell in 2013 after serving as a strategic advisor with Health Advances, a healthcare management consultancy. John holds a B.A. in Molecular Biology and Economics from Connecticut College.
Peter leads EnlivenHealth’s engineering organization, including technology strategy, infrastructure, and development. With a deep background in healthcare innovation, focusing on SaaS software development and delivery, Peter joined Omnicell in September of 2021 through its acquisition FDS Amplicare, where he served as President and CIO. With the addition of FDS Amplicare’s financial, analytics, and clinical technologies, EnlivenHealth® now offers the industry’s most comprehensive suite of digital solutions that are transforming the practice and business of pharmacy. Earlier in his career, Peter was the CIO of Meritain Health, where he was responsible for strategic initiatives and driving innovations for employer-sponsored health plans in the areas of patient engagement and digitalization. Peter holds a BS in Computer Science from Towson University and an MS in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University.
Ray leads the Product Management & Strategic Initiatives organizations at EnlivenHealth. His teams are responsible for taking products and features from ideation all the way through to release and launch. His teams also develop and drive key strategic programs, and run large company-wide projects. Ray is passionate about using innovative tools and best practices to ensure continuous delivery of value to our market, enabling EnlivenHealth’s customers to grow and thrive in the new era of digital-driven healthcare. Prior to joining Omnicell in 2013, he built a successful start-up in his hometown of Miami, FL. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami (GO CANES), and is a certified Project Management Professional. Ray resides in Miami with his wife and two children.
Greg leads EnlivenHealth’s efforts to drive solution adoption and enablement for our internal teams and external partners. With over 18 years of experience building and leading high-performing solution teams and SaaS adoption across multiple industries, Greg brings the expertise necessary to drive retention, adoption, and customer satisfaction for our partner network. Prior to joining EnlivenHealth®, Greg spent over 15 years at the SAS Institute, developing teams across implementation, education, and customer success, serving a variety of industry sectors. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. Greg resides in Northwest Georgia with his wife and two children, and enjoys playing tennis and golf, and traveling with his family.
Andrew leads EnlivenHealth’s business operations, intelligence, and customer analytics organizations. He and his teams support the data-driven decisions that are key to managing the overall EnlivenHealth® business. Andrew is also responsible for driving the reporting and analytics that enable customers to maximize the operational performance and value they receive from EnlivenHealth’s solutions. With a background in biomedical engineering, Andrew combines deep technical expertise with a strong service focus to continuously transform data into actionable intelligence across the end-to-end customer experience. Andrew holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering and a Masters in Engineering Management, both from Case Western Reserve University.
Tracy leads EnlivenHealth's internal operations organization, including sales operations, deal desk, and contract management. Tracy joined EnlivenHealth in September of 2021 through its acquisition of FDS Amplicare, where she served as Chief Administrative Officer. With the addition of FDS Amplicare, the comprehensive suite of solutions available at EnlivenHealth empower pharmacies to keep patients healthy and transform their business. With over 20 years of experience at FDS Amplicare, Tracy oversaw contract management, human resources, and she served as the company's HIPAA Privacy Officer. Earlier in her career, Tracy was part of a small team that built a successful start-up pharmacy management system, HCC, where she served as Executive Vice President responsible for overseeing operations. Tracy resides in Texas and enjoys traveling with her family.
Rick serves as the leader for EnlivenHealth’s marketing organization. With over 15 years of experience building and leading high performing teams, Rick brings the expertise required to build market dominance through unique brand and revenue-generating initiatives. Prior to joining EnlivenHealth, he served various software-as-a-service providers in growth-oriented roles marketing into high-tech and industrial automation sectors. Rick resides in north central Massachusetts with his wife and two children, and he enjoys 10Ks, cooking, and spending time outside with the family and their bernedoodle.
Matthew leads solution sales and strategy at EnlivenHealth. With over 30 years of experience working in the pharmacy space, Matt brings the knowledge necessary to lead his team in providing value-based support to existing partners while developing relationships with new customers. He joined EnlivenHealth in 2021 through its acquisition of MarkeTouch Media, where he served as Vice President of Clinical Services. Prior to his time at MarkeTouch, Matt spent two decades in various roles helping build and develop Kroger’s pharmacy division. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from Ohio Northern University and resides in South Carolina.
Martha Thorne joined Omnicell in June 2023. As Senior Vice President and General Manager of EnlivenHealth, she is responsible for the strategic growth and development of the business. Martha is an accomplished healthcare technology executive with over 25 years of experience in driving global sales and growth in the healthcare technology industry. Prior to joining Omnicell, Martha was Chief Revenue Officer of egnite, leading the transformation to a SaaS, data and analytics company powered by AI. Martha also served as Chief Revenue Officer for CareCentrix, focusing on client success, new business development and the positioning and messaging for CareCentrix. Prior to joining CareCentrix, Martha was the General Manager of the Provider Business for Watson Health, a division of IBM, responsible for global strategic growth and ongoing introduction of AI. Martha started her healthcare technology career with Allscripts and held various leadership roles for sales, business development and with the most recent serving as General Manager of Population Health. Martha held a position on the board of par8o, a privately held company and served as the Executive Chair of Allscripts Women’s Engagement (AWE) program. Martha holds a Master of Business Administration from Duke University Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Dietetics from the University of Connecticut.
Dunnie leads the growth organization at EnlivenHealth. With over 25 years of commercialization experience for healthcare technology companies, he has a proven track record of delivering value to health systems, payers, employers, retail pharmacies and ambulatory provider organizations. As a member at Pavilion and graduate of the Pavilion CRO School, he’s part of an international community of sales, marketing, RevOps, and success leaders from the world’s fastest growing companies. Dunnie serves on the advisory board for multiple digital health startups, providing strategic guidance and insights on healthcare strategy, growth, and commercialization. Dunnie’s drive is to empower healthcare organizations and consumers with the tools and data they need to improve outcomes, reduce costs, and enhance quality of life.
Stacey is EnlivenHealth's Senior People Strategist. She partners with our people managers and leaders to translate business strategy into our people strategy and is passionate about fostering a highly engaged, inspiring, and inclusive workplace where employees (our most valuable asset) can reach their full potential. Stacey joined Omnicell in July of 2015 and has been partnering with the Enliven team for over 2 years now. Stacey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Champlain College in Vermont, where she was born and raised. She has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources function and is a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP). She currently resides in Tampa, FL with her fiancé and two children.
Melissa Bell joined as Chief Customer Officer of EnlivenHealth in September 2023 and is responsible for accelerating customer growth and loyalty. She has 25 years of experience as a customer and revenue leader in high growth digital health companies. Previously, she was President of TigerConnect, leading all go-to-market strategy and initiatives, and Chief Growth Officer for Intelligent Medical Objects, accountable for sales, enablement, professional services and customer success. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Inovalon, FinThrive (formerly MedAssets), GE Healthcare and Allscripts. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana and completed the Executive Leadership Development program at the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
Scott Geduldig has joined us as Senior Director of Product Management for EnlivenHealth. During his 23 years as a pharmacist and healthcare leader, Scott has supported and led various pharmacy care-delivery models within large scale retail, hospital health system, compounding, outpatient infusion, online/mobile, and specialty pharmacy business arenas. For the past 9 years, he has been an innovations leader as a director of multi-tiered product teams for both Walmart Health & Wellness and Amazon/PillPak Pharmacy. Scott drove product strategy for the pharmacy fulfillment, customer experience, interoperability, central data, specialty pharmacy, dentistry, medical optometry, hearing, and vision center verticals. His broad peripheral vision of the healthcare ecosystem allows him to translate the continuum of customers’ pre-care, care, and post-care journeys into efficient and impactful solutions that benefit providers and patients alike.
Scott is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy and currently resides in NW Arkansas with his wife Christa, who is the clinical pharmacy director for a regional oncology group and his daughter, Reagan (17) and son, John (15). His main interests include hockey, hiking, film festivals, travelling and family time with their dog, Lenny.
As an Assistant General Counsel for Omnicell, Sean oversees Omnicell’s entrance into the new markets of medical technologies and services, including EnlivenHealth. Serving as the legal point of contact for EnlivenHealth’s Senior Leadership Team, Sean provides counsel and advises on, among other areas, intellectual property, commercial transactions, and general corporate legal matters. Prior to joining Omnicell, Sean was served as senior legal counsel for various technology companies in different sectors, including restaurant service, financial services and workplace management. Sean attained “Triple Orange” status in 2001, completing the trifecta with his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law to go along with his Master of Arts and Bachelors of Science from the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse.
