EnlivenHealth® SMS Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from a pharmacy that uses EnlivenHealth services (“Pharmacy”), you agree to these SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”).These SMS Terms govern the delivery of SMS messages sent by EnlivenHealth, Inc.(“EnlivenHealth”) on behalf of your Pharmacy.
This agreement is between you, EnlivenHealth, Inc., and Omnicell, Inc.(EnlivenHealth’s parent company). All references to EnlivenHealth, “we,” “our”, or “us” refer to EnlivenHealth, Inc. and Omnicell, Inc. together.
In addition to these SMS Terms, the EnlivenHealth Website Terms and Conditions may govern the relationship between you and us in other contexts.
2. Program Description
As a patient, you can expect to receive messages such as prescription updates, refill reminders, appointment notifications, and other healthcare-related communications as directed by your Pharmacy. Pharmacy staff can expect to receive messages related to pharmacy operations, such as training notifications or alerts about delivery delays occurring at the pharmacy
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your relationship with the Pharmacy and your activity, such as by sending a “HELP” request.
4. Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By providing your number and opting in either through your Pharmacy or through EnlivenHealth directly, you consent to receive SMS messages from your Pharmacy via EnlivenHealth, to these SMS Terms, and to the EnlivenHealth SMS Privacy Policy. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying “STOP,” “OPTOUT,” “CANCEL,”“END,” “QUIT,” “UNSUBSCRIBE,” “REVOKE,” OR “STOPALL” to opt out. You may receive a one-time message confirming that you have opted out of future text messages. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to rejoin the SMS service, you can sign up the same way you did the first time, and we will begin sending you text messages again.
6. Help Instructions
If you are experiencing issues with the text messaging services, you can reply “HELP” for assistance or contact your Pharmacy directly.
7. Message and Data Rates
We do not charge you for messages we send you or that you send us as part of our text messaging services. However, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us or from you to us. These charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan or other applicable provider. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
8. Supported Carriers and Delivery
Delivery depends on carrier and network conditions. Messages are not guaranteed.
9. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and verify that you are the current owner, subscriber, or authorized user of any telephone number you provide. If any of your contact information changes, you agree to immediately notify your Pharmacy.
10. Privacy
Use of the service is also governed by the EnlivenHealth SMS Privacy Policy. Please review that policy to understand how we use and disclose your information and to answer questions about your privacy.
11. Healthcare Communications
Messages may include healthcare-related information. SMS may not be fully secure.
12. Limitation of Liability
Neither EnlivenHealth nor carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
13. Changes to SMS Terms
EnlivenHealth may update these SMS Terms from time to time. You continued use of text messaging services is considered your acceptance.
