MarkeTouch Media Acquisition Further Expands EnlivenHealth’s Industry Footprint, Accelerates Digital Innovation Roadmap

I am pleased to share more exciting news about how EnlivenHealth™ continues to strengthen its capabilities to better serve its pharmacy and health plan partners. Our parent company, Omnicell, Inc., announced this morning that it has acquired MarkeTouch Media, a leading technology solutions provider for the pharmacy industry. We are thrilled to be joining together two technology leaders whose shared mission is to transform both the practice and business of pharmacy. As you will recall, we only recently announced our acquisition of FDS Amplicare, another leading pharmacy technology company.
